Job Summary
Execute RFQ management and supplier coordination across South Asia and global markets, preparing quotations and ensuring timely responses. Conduct detailed landed cost analysis, including product cost, freight, duties, and tariffs, to support pricing decisions and margin planning. Maintain procurement data within ERP systems, track purchase orders, and generate reports for cost optimization. Work night shifts from the Ahmedabad office. Requires 5–7 years of experience in import-driven procurement environments with strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing functions
- Mandatory experience supporting importer-focused companies (India-based or global) operating in import-driven business models
- Proven experience working within an international procurement environment
- Hands-on experience working with suppliers across South Asia and other global sourcing regions
- Practical experience in RFQ preparation, issuance, and quotation analysis
- Proven experience working in environments involving international trade and import cost structures, including: Customs duties and tariffs, Freight and logistics cost components, Incoterms and related cost implications
- Strong ability to understand and incorporate landed cost components into cost analysis and pricing support
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling
- Proven ability to prepare and analyze landed cost structures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy and structured evaluation

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent), preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, International Business, or related field
- Experience supporting foreign-based importer companies
