Job Summary
Lead supplier due diligence to assess compliance with ESG standards and the Vertiv Code of Conduct. Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier practices regarding human rights, responsible minerals sourcing, materials compliance, and environmental protection. Monitor and report on supplier performance while collaborating cross-functionally to integrate ESG considerations into procurement processes. Utilize external ESG vendors and databases to track updates on responsible mineral sourcing, anti-human trafficking, and environmental trends. Mentor Procurement Responsible Business Analysts and work directly with Sales and Customers to respond to due diligence and Responsible Business inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of ESG standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
