Procurement Excellence and Data Lead

Job Summary
Procurement Excellence and Data Lead, reporting to Head of Procurement Operations, responsible for embedding and enhancing the procurement operating model, policies and processes, system automation and data insights. Lead Source-to-Contract processes, supplier onboarding and due diligence, and develop spend, risk and operations reporting packs for executive and tactical decision making. Drive workflow optimisation, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Architecture, Compliance, and Finance to deliver self-service, automation, and analytics capabilities across procurement lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of procurement governance, oversight and technologies
- Demonstrable experience in procurement reporting and insights
- Proven expertise in process mapping and redesign
- Strong understanding of standard and best-of-breed procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, Fusion, Ivalua) and emerging technologies (AI)
- Ability to simplify complex frameworks and risk concepts into clear, actionable outputs
- Strong delivery and results orientation in complex regulatory environments
