Job Summary
Maintain an efficient procurement system by collaborating with functional teams to develop strategies, conduct supplier evaluations, and drive cost savings initiatives. Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including supplier engagement, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Monitor market trends, analyze spend data to identify variances, and develop strategic sourcing plans to achieve business objectives. Proactively assess risks, review future strategies, and maintain global-regional alignment through regular stakeholder communication and supplier audits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, project-based procurement or supply chain roles
- Tech-savvy with experience in computer skills, digital procurement processes and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, and material standards
- Knowledge of procurement Software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of contract management, and international procurement regulations
- Good in negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of cost analysis, and strategic sourcing
