Job Summary
Source and negotiate materials, finishes, furnishings, and MEP items while reviewing BOQs and drawings for procurement accuracy. Issue RFQs, conduct comparative cost analysis, and manage supplier relationships locally and internationally. Track budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities and coordinate with site teams on delivery timelines. Maintain procurement documentation and compliance standards. This detail-oriented role supports our client's interior and landscaping projects across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments in the UAE, requiring a strong local supplier network and expertise in contract documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction procurement
- Strong supplier network within UAE market
- Excellent negotiation and cost-analysis skills
- Knowledge of contract documentation and purchase processes
