Job Summary
Develop and implement global procurement strategies for approximately $140m of third-party indirect spend across HR, travel, professional services, legal, and finance. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while building relationships that ensure quality and reliability. Deliver cost savings targets and define the risk framework for business-critical suppliers within the new green-field procurement function. Manage TPRM activities and assist in developing the procurement operating model encompassing people, processes, and technology. This role supports Fifty5Blue's global audience measurement and analytics operations, enabling content owners and advertisers to plan advertising decisively across 80 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years Procurement/Category experience in a fast-moving global environment
- In-depth Indirect category management experience, market trends and pricing strategies – especially AI
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to deliver improved supplier cost performance
- Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of purchasing, negotiation and contracting
- Experience with Industry standard ERP systems
- Experience with global purchasing organisations and global suppliers
- Expert financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expert in TPRM, supplier management and relationship building
- Bachelors Degree and/or MCIPS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
