Job Summary
Procurement Director overseeing procurement, sourcing and supplier relations across three security/monitoring/life-safety brands. Role combines hands-on execution with leadership in supplier negotiations, vendor strategy, RFP/RFI standardization, and budget/cost management. Partners with CFO and executive teams to optimize indirect spend, drive savings, and implement vendor scorecards and review programs. Requires a strong procurement background, experience with technology/service procurement, travel flexibility to NYC/NJ offices, and the ability to influence cross-entity buying power while delivering measurable cost efficiencies. Based in or primarily operating from offices in NYC/Union/NJ/Houston with a true player-coach mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 7-12+ years in procurement, sourcing and supplier relations
- experience managing procurement function at corporate or key business unit level (3+ years)
- strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- exposure to technology, service and/or operations procurement
- ability to travel within NYC and NJ offices
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
