Procurement Deal Manager - REF5749U

Provide TC Strategy and Costing Structure for category "B" and strategic deals. Act as Procurement SPOC in bid teams, managing tender invitations, e-auctions, and supplier selection for strategic importance. Conduct negotiations with key network capacity suppliers and manage contract transitions while ensuring competitive pricing. Identify regional pricing and quality risks, optimize client vendor agreements, and facilitate commercial negotiations with Legal and other service units. Ensure seamless handover to lifecycle management and local procurement. This role supports bid sourcing teams and requires a university degree in economics or technical fields. Advanced English skills are mandatory, with German being an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility under pressure and comfort delivering results in time-sensitive environments.
