Procurement Data Specialist

Job Summary
Manage and optimize procurement data and systems by maintaining the integrity of supplier, item, and related master data within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, support data analysis, and translate operational needs into system and process improvements. Develop and maintain data governance standards while designing and delivering reporting and insights to support decision-making and performance tracking. Provide mentorship to Procurement Data Coordinators and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize procurement workflows. This role reports to the Procurement Performance Manager and contributes to system enhancements in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Chain, related to Data Management, Operations Management or related field
- 2+ years experience in a Data Management or Supply Chain role
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with MS Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
- Experience with analytics and the development of reports, metrics and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI SQL and Excel (VBA)
- Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end supply chain management
- Working knowledge of ERP and data base systems
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Quality and timeliness - demonstrates a high level of organization, accuracy, and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality, and able to prioritize key tasks versus required timelines

Desired Qualifications
