Procurement Data Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct data analyses using analytical models to create new reports, troubleshoot issues, and modify existing dashboards in Power BI. Audit database functionality, assign users, and test new system features while acting as a liaison between end users, IT, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, develop spending analysis reports, and define scorecard metrics for improved operational efficiency. Support large-scale projects focused on business process improvements and participate in initiatives to create new reporting tools and metrics. Communicate statistical findings and data-driven conclusions to management and technical audiences through presentations and clear documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience managing databases, providing timely user support, and writing reports
- Advanced knowledge of the business area served, including Operations and Systems
- Advanced quantitative skills with proficiency in Data analysis (SAP, MS Access)
- Advanced quantitative skills with proficiency in Data modeling (MS Excel)
- Advanced quantitative skills with proficiency in Presentations (MS PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and GEP
- Experience with ETL tools including SQL, VBA, Snowflake, and Alteryx
- Advanced experience with e-bidding tools such as Market Dojo
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to take complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely to various levels of the organization
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to explain and teach new data models and functions
- Ability to perform advanced statistical reporting and create logical, detailed, and analytical reports
- Hybrid working model (3 days onsite and 2 days home office)
