Job Summary
Procurement Data Analyst transforms procurement data into actionable insights to drive strategic sourcing, operating efficiency, and supplier performance. Responsibilities include building dashboards, tracking procurement KPIs, spend analysis, cost modeling, supplier benchmarking, and supporting RFPs and ESG-related reporting. The role collaborates with suppliers, category managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, automate dashboards, ensure data quality across ERP/S2P systems, and contribute to ESG metrics (recycling, waste diversion, supplier diversity, scope emissions). Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Excel, ERP/e-procurement systems (e.g., Fusion, Coupa, NetSuite), and data visualization is required, with a preference for knowledge of Snowflake or Python and experience in ESG/sustainability reporting. Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, perform audits, and support cross-functional initiatives is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement, finance, business analytics, ESG sustainability, and/or technology
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools - Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency in ERP and e-procurement systems (e.g., Fusion, Coupa, NetSuite)
- Data modeling and data mining experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainability reporting (CDP)
- Basic coding experience (Python or Snowflake)
- Office software and storytelling with data (Excel, PowerPoint)
