Job Summary
Procurement Coordinator responsible for PO management, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate data flow within a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment. Role includes entering and proofreading purchase orders, tracking orders and bills of lading, managing supplier documentation, data management in NAV/RFP ERP, preparing regular procurement reports, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing administrative support to the procurement team. Key skills include strong organization, advanced Excel, data analysis, vendor/document management, and effective communication in a collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of algebra and statistics
