Job Summary
Procurement Coordinator – Level II accountable for supporting global sourcing, procurement, and finance through managing supplier data, documentation, contract activities, and procurement analytics. Responsibilities include maintaining procurement systems, coordinating engineering release and change activities, ensuring data integrity across systems, enabling supplier documentation, supporting sourcing events, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet cost, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives. Key skills include supplier data management, cross-functional coordination, procurement analytics and dashboards, ER/process coordination, documentation control, and supplier quality collaboration. Location: Pune, India (on-site with flexibility).
