Job Summary
Procurement Coordinator who orders and tracks raw and expense material; maintains purchasing and inventory system integrity; communicates deliveries and changes/delays; sources products based on price, quality, and lead time; selects freighters for shipping materials; tracks Purchase Orders from issuance to on-site receipt; coordinates with Operations to ensure tools/materials are available; adheres to state licensing compliance; manages vendor relations, maintains professional communication, and analyzes inventory data to prevent shortages or overstock; supports budgetary targets and organizational objectives; requires forklift certification and the ability to operate under high-pressure conditions; must be able to work weekends/holidays and have reliable transportation; high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience are required; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience
- Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
- Must be certified to operate a forklift
- Strong computer experience with proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
