Job Summary
Procurement Coordinator responsible for updating procurement systems, coordinating approvals, and supporting global sourcing and finance teams. Proactively engages suppliers to maintain data, obtain documentation, and enable supplier in procurement systems; prepares documentation for sourcing events and contract closure; supports achieving cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals; collaborates with supplier quality engineers, category teams, and other functions; acts as liaison between procurement and cross-functional teams; participates in health, safety, and environmental initiatives; contributes to project teams to implement change; communicates with suppliers to manage deliverables within agreed timelines; uses common process tools and systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting; ensures data integrity of procurement information.
