Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end purchasing of surgical, clinical, and administrative supplies across multiple practice locations; manage purchase orders; communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines; track inventory levels using ERP/inventory management system and flag low-stock items; assist with vendor research and price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing; forecast supply needs in collaboration with practice managers and clinical staff; maintain accurate purchasing records; support the purchasing team on special projects (e.g., rolling out new products or equipment); requires 1–2 years of healthcare purchasing/supply chain experience; healthcare industry experience required; strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable with spreadsheets/databases/ERP; on-site work is an essential requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience (healthcare experience required; dental/oral surgery experience preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Strong diligence and organizational skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, or ERP systems (training provided)
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- An initiative-taking, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
