Job Summary
Compile and maintain the Procurement Bill of Materials for robotics, ensuring timely distribution to purchasers. Track purchase order progress to guarantee on-time execution, issue orders to suppliers, and conduct initial contract reviews and archiving. Monitor material delivery status, update inventory records, and report anomalies while coordinating payment workflows. Summarize supplier quality issues, track resolution progress, and create closed-loop reports. Maintain the supplier pool to ensure data accuracy and completeness. This role supports RIVR's mission to build autonomous robots for last-mile delivery through effective supply chain coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- strong written English communication skills (capable of handling English email correspondence independently)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented
- Strong learning agility and a high willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Strong interest in the robotics industry

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in finance, supply chain management, or project management
- Experience in manufacturing or hardware supply chain procurement
- Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems
- Internship or work experience in supplier management or material tracking
