Job Summary
Manage assigned sub-categories within the IT-based Category, delivering end-to-end commercial, contractual, and relationship lifecycle value to key stakeholders. Execute tactical contract reviews and sourcing activities, including developing and issuing Requests for Information and Proposals to secure optimal value. Engage proactively with business units to embed legal and regulatory requirements into supplier contracts while managing low-to-medium complexity spend portfolios. Support the wider IT Sourcing team with supplier data reporting, savings analysis, and demand management, while identifying and mitigating commercial and supply chain risks through rigorous due diligence. Ensure supplier initiatives align with Hiscox's ESG commitments.
