Procurement Buyer

Purchase goods, materials, components, and services, obtaining quotations and negotiating terms with suppliers regarding price, quality, and deadlines. Prepare and place purchase orders in NetSuite, maintain purchasing files, and coordinate engineering-change-order activities with suppliers and engineering teams. Resolve invoice discrepancies with AP, define payment terms, and set up new suppliers while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards. Manage supplier relationships, contact vendors to address delivery or invoice issues, and coordinate the return of nonconforming materials. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely material receipt and manage component supply. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of procurement experience required; ISO 13485 and medical device industry background preferred. Compensation is typically 30-35/hr.
