Job Summary
Procurement Business Partner responsible for category management across Indirect Procurement (Marketing, Professional Services & HR), developing and implementing sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, managing supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and quality, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (CIPS desirable), 3+ years in indirect procurement, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; proficient with procurement software and data analysis; focused on driving process improvements and KPIs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- CIPS qualification is desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with focus on Marketing, Professional Services and HR categories
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- In-depth understanding of Indirect procurement, including market trends, cost drivers, and best practices
