Job Summary
Design and sustain automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, and AI Builder to optimize P2P workflows, while serving as a backup for PR/PO execution during overflow or absence. Own the procurement savings tracker, price impact analysis, and monthly reporting package to support leadership decision-making. Maintain comprehensive process documentation in SharePoint and monitor P2P KPI dashboards to surface exception trends. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and Celonis-driven improvement projects by providing operational transaction context and executing corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ERP procurement experience (SAP preferred)

- Power Automate proficiency
- demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate targeting P2P processes

- RPA platform depth: Precisely Automate Studio or UiPath
- full bot lifecycle management including design, build, testing, deployment, and monitoring

- BOT + AI integration: combining RPA with document intelligence, NLP, or ML-based decision logic to handle unstructured P2P data
- Celonis or process mining tool experience for process analysis and conformance checking
- Power BI dashboard development or monitoring experience
- ReadSoft PDAP or comparable invoice workflow and exception management platform
- CPSM certification
- CPP certification
- UiPath Certified Professional certification
- Microsoft Power Platform (PL-100/PL-200) certification
- Microsoft AI (AI-900/AI-102) certification
- Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site shared services background
- SQL experience for data extraction and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills including Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot for data transformation and analysis
