Job Summary
Manage executed procurement contracts prior to turnover to the Project Execution Team, including establishing tracking systems for open orders, hosting vendor check-ins, and processing change orders. Procure high voltage breakers and equipment by issuing RFQs, conducting technical evaluations, and negotiating contracts. Create supplier performance metrics and provide market intelligence feedback to the Operations team based on vendor reports. Support RFP initiatives, prepare management presentations, and assist with executive board approvals for new purchase agreements. Own the end-to-end storage lifecycle for high-voltage breakers and transformers, including planning, vendor sourcing, and overseeing delivery inspections. Maintain processes for contract administration and document repositories while staying current on geopolitical factors affecting purchased goods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of increasingly progressive experience in procurement, contract management, asset management, operations or a similar function
- Willingness to work extended hours, when necessary

- Solar and/or energy storage experience
- Previous experience where communication with external parties was prevalent
