Job Summary
Procurement - Assistant Manager VMO leading intake governance, analytics, and PMO oversight within SRM to coordinate between Business, Sourcing, and Vendor Management teams. Responsibilities include driving intake governance, triaging requests via the Intake tool, maintaining PMO tracking with SLA adherence and pipeline visibility, providing analytics and reporting (vendor performance, CAP issues, governance schedules), supporting system analytics for Vendor Managers, updating Process Unity in coordination with VM Operations, resolving payment/invoice/PO issues, and driving process improvements across procurement and vendor management. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years of experience in procurement/SRM/PMO, strong experience with Ariba, iCertis CLM, SNOW, and Process Unity, analytics/dashboarding skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO), and excellent stakeholder management. Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity and reporting tools to support vendor oversight and quarterly/annual decision-making is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field. Certifications in Procurement (CIPS), Project Management (PMP/Agile), or Analytics preferred.
