Job Summary
Procurement and Program Lead in aerospace manufacturing leading suppliers across procurement, planning, and program development. Partners with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure smooth transition of new products, leads Purchasing Team, drives supplier performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include supplier development, risk assessments (on-site and remote), review of supplier quotes against engineering drawings, expediting and delivery reliability, and aligning procurement standards with quality expectations. Candidate should have hands-on aerospace experience, leadership capability, and strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of leadership experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
