Job Summary
Procurement and Operations Specialist responsibilities include supporting operational purchasing by collecting requirements from operations managers, opening requisitions, coordinating with the Purchasing team to ensure requisitions are submitted; handling vendor communications and coordination; processing P-Card and T&E expense reports; coordinating with facility maintenance vendors; managing office supplies and marketing materials; assisting with planning client, executive, and employee events; handling daily customer and vendor communications by phone and email; following up with managers to obtain AP documents; assisting with onboarding new employees (building access, badge setup, orientation), coordinating internal team meetings, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred in Business Administration, accounting or related field.
- 3 years of experience in admin, purchasing, operations support roles.
- Experience with vendor coordination, purchase requisitions and Accounts Payable support.
