Job Summary
Procurement and Inventory Coordinator responsible for FEFO-focused inventory control, tracking lot numbers and expiry dates, issuing purchase orders to Canadian suppliers, and coordinating receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks. Will support supply chain logistics across Canada, conduct weekly physical inventory and report variances, maintain procurement and inventory records in CIN7 and manual systems, communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and track deliveries, participate in cost-reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization projects, and perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement and Inventory Manager. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift/move 20 kg packages. Education: post-secondary education; GMP familiarity; SCMP certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education required
- Familiarity with GMP
- 1-3 years in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- SCMP certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
