Job Summary
Procurement Analyst responsible for coordinating the purchase of equipment, services, supplies and materials for contracts already in place. Advise and assist in the preparation of contracts which include procurement proposals, qualifications and verification of information. Work closely with the senior director, team, central offices, legal staff, outside attorneys, Corporate Counsel, vendors, and others as assigned. Must have SW licensing agreement and PeopleSoft experience. Work with Legal and Security on data and privacy issues.
