Job Summary
Work independently to achieve goals using established processes and tools while identifying opportunities for improvements. Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members, and help coordinate project activities and priorities. Solve complex sourcing challenges by analyzing data and trends, then develop effective solutions to non-routine issues. Influence team success by providing direction and recommendations that support operational effectiveness across multiple groups. This role follows an on-site working model requiring at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, with up to 10% domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of supply chain and/or procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- All US-based 3M full time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment with 3M
