Job Summary
Procurement Analyst role supporting the Senior Director of Procurement in managing external vendor relationships, including financial analysis of proposals, supplier negotiations, and the contract lifecycle for Non-IT Professional Services. Responsibilities include coordinating RFIs and RFPs, conducting business reviews, developing KPI metrics to measure savings and performance, ensuring contract tracking with Legal Operations, supporting vendor negotiations and renewals, and assisting with the travel/card program and expense platforms. Strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and presenting to groups, with experience in MS Office and contract/ERP tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years in a Supplier Services or Procurement support role
- Knowledge of Vendor Management workflow technology (a plus)
- Experience with Financial ERP systems (a plus)
- Experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform (a plus)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and manage multiple tasks
