Job Summary
Build the data foundation for sourcing decisions through spend baselining, market analysis, and supplier relationship management. Clean, reconcile, and analyze large datasets to identify savings opportunities, then coordinate with stakeholders to validate findings and develop category strategy materials. Support RFP/RFI processes from requirements gathering to bid evaluation, while maintaining dashboards and trackers for program-wide visibility. Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking to drive negotiation levers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of procurement experience, and strong Excel skills, with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management
- Comfortable using AI to enable tactical tasks
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Travel up to 10% of the time

- Experience supporting sourcing events and negotiations
- Experience with procurement, spend-analytics, ERP, or contract-management platforms
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, building products, or any other multi-site organization
