Procurement Analyst

Analyze forecasting and procurement data to support ordering processes and manage DOI levels by facility. Review and upload purchase orders to supplier tools while executing direct billing for Home D deliveries and tracking import shipments. Coordinate inbound freight appointments, maintain railcar trackers, and execute daily placement and release of railcars across Bronx, Queens, and Suffern. Update dashboards, manage purchase orders in EoStar, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. This role supports inventory management and process improvement initiatives within a growing beer distribution network serving 15 counties.
