Procurement Analyst

Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations and facility leaders to source, vet, and purchase supplies, equipment, and services while actively researching cost-efficient alternatives. Guide facility staff through the purchasing workflow and partner with vendors to secure better pricing and volume discounts. Track realized savings and cost avoidance through custom KPIs, then provide regular financial dashboards to the Controller and RDOs to demonstrate improved facility profitability. Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and receipts to ensure accurate month-end closing. This hands-on role focuses on building supportive partnerships rather than enforcing compliance, offering opportunities to grow within skilled nursing and long-term care while supporting a whole-person approach to team well-being.
