Procurement Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Job Summary
Execute day-to-day procurement activities with high standards of financial control and compliance. Responsibilities include validating and processing Purchase Requisitions, converting to Purchase Orders, managing internal and external queries, participating in invoice reconciliation, and producing accurate reports. The role requires proficiency in English and Japanese (N2 level) and at least 3 years of experience in a centralized purchasing environment, supporting process improvements and participating in training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Studies
- Finance & Accounting/Commerce
- Supply Chain or Procurement equivalent
- Good communication skill in English and Japanese (N2 level)
- 3-years experience in a centralized purchasing environment and Supply Chain with production planning background
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of working in a shared service center across a global/large organization
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Resourceful in identifying new sources of items requested
- Results oriented
