Procurement Analyst responsible for supporting IT hardware and telecom procurement, including negotiating with vendors, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, managing vendor contracts, and assisting in RFPs. The role requires analyzing spend, producing reports, coordinating with IT hardware & telecom managers, and ensuring alignment with budget and purchasing strategy. Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems, ability to handle multiple detailed workflows, and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of related work experience in procurement or a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Knowledge of procurement methods, tools, and documentation for selecting vendors and processing orders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communications skills
