Procurement Analyst

Job Summary
Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to support procurement decision-making, translating business requirements into data models and KPIs. Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Support implementation of AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities, acting as a system admin for configuration, access management, and troubleshooting. Develop standardized reporting frameworks, ensure data governance integrity, and streamline processes through digitalization. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve supplier performance visibility. Available to work during the EU shift.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, BI/reporting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and dashboard development
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
- Experience with procurement or enterprise systems and basic system admin/support
- Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
- Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clear insights and recommendations
- Knowledge of procurement processes and spend analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organisational skills
- Must be available to work during the EU shift
