Job Summary
Entry-level Procurement professional supporting digital sourcing in Enterprise Services Strategy and Transformation. Responsibilities include assisting with RFPs, negotiations preparations, cost analysis, preparing purchase orders and payment approvals, coordinating with buyers and suppliers, conducting market research on supplier capabilities and pricing, and maintaining records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, and performance. Proficiency with procurement processes, supplier setup, and data analysis is expected. Familiarity with Ariba, SAP, MS Office, and PowerBI is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers, ES leaders, and functional service owners to ensure timely and compliant procurement activities.
Required Qualifications
