Job Summary
Procurement Analyst to support purchasing, supplier coordination, and data accuracy across hardware programs in a fast-moving aerospace/defense environment. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, collecting supplier quotes, tracking open orders, maintaining supplier and pricing data, and building reports to inform purchasing and planning decisions. Collaborates with engineering, production, finance, and operations to ensure material availability. Requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and effective cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, operations, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleanup, and reporting
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, production, finance, and suppliers
- Comfort working in a fast paced startup building hardware for Aerospace and Defense related projects
- U.S citizen or GC/EAD
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Epicor, or similar
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware, or another complex product environment
- Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier quotes, lead times, inventory data, and basic procurement workflows
- Exposure to BOMs, PLM systems, or engineering driven product development
- Awareness of AS9100, ITAR/EAR, or regulated manufacturing environments
