Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 1-2 years of business operations analysis ideally in procurement
- prior experience with vendor management and vendor due diligence
- knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities to address customer concerns
- analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- communication to escalate issues
- willingness to participate in occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotation coverage
