Job Summary
Procurement Analyst responsibilities include measuring KPIs, extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources, preparing reports, reviewing procurement/planning systems, coordinating schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation, and participating in lean improvements. The role supports external suppliers and internal organizations through supply chain knowledge with a focus on development programs and internal metrics management, blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to help achieve development program milestones. Must have solid experience in supplier management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools (preferred)
