Job Summary
Procurement Analyst role (6-month fixed-term contract) focusing on supporting TAL’s compliance with third-party risk and procurement standards, ensuring data accuracy across sources, updating process guides, and collaborating with L1/Procurement/Technology/Legal to embed procurement requirements. Responsibilities include managing third-party risk activities, aligning with policy controls, and developing education/awareness programs to drive change across TAL. Strong emphasis on data integrity, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-unit collaboration within an insurance context.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Procurement
- Exposure to Third Party Risk management (ideal)
- Experience across multiple business units in large/complex organisations (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship development, management and negotiation skills
- Insurance industry experience preferred
