Procurement Administrator

Job Summary
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, registers, supplier records, and filing systems. Assist with processing procurement requests, purchase orders, approval workflows, and obtaining quotations. Coordinate supplier onboarding, vendor documentation, compliance records, and delivery dockets while liaising regarding administrative requirements. Liaise with Accounts Payable and procurement personnel to ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Support Supply Chain governance, audit readiness, and compliance requirements. Maintain procurement status registers and track procurement activities through to completion. This site-based role with VINCI offers FIFO from any Australian capital city for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in supply chain and procurement administration, purchasing administration, accounts administration or a similar support role
- Strong administrative, record-keeping and document management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data, records and documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Currently live within Australia
- Currently approved visa working rights (permanent, temporary, student, spousal, etc) to Australia
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas or related industries
- Experience working with ERP, purchasing or finance systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes
