Job Summary
Support negotiations with third-party suppliers to drive efficiencies and performance improvement while setting up and reviewing low-risk Supplier Due-Diligence results. Monitor the Procurement Helpdesk (Jira) system to ensure appropriate actions are taken for new purchase requests across the entire business. Assess ongoing supplier risk and Service Impact Assessment ratings based on purchased goods or services, and maintain accurate risk, supplier, and contract data in our management database. Check and chase upcoming contract renewals and expiries, obtaining missing data from business owners as needed. Prepare for and participate in tenders, ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and on time, including Peps and Sanctions Checks. Build strong relationships with internal budget-holders and stakeholders such as Legal, Infosec, Finance, and Tech.

- Highly collaborative approach to teamwork
- Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and MS Excel
- Self-reliant and highly organised
- Time-management skills required to prioritise multi-stream tasks
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Resilient and proactive in supplier data management
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal business stakeholders
- Adaptable, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline daily tasks
- Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively
