Job Summary
Procurement Administrator responsible for soliciting missing PO confirmations from vendors, creating and managing ERP/SharePoint workflows, generating late orders and discrepancy reports, verifying PO accuracy against packing slips, and supporting purchasing/admin tasks across foliage and seasonal programs. Requires 1+ year in purchasing/procurement or related field, strong bilingual communication (English/Spanish), ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills. The role involves vendor interaction, data review for decision support, and collaboration within a team using tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAMII ERP system is expected, with opportunities to grow in supply chain and procurement activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Advanced Computer Skills Required, Microsoft Office, ERP experience, Pivot Tables
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to review data and support decision-making
- Must have ERP systems management capability and the willingness to learn Costa Farms proprietary SAMII ERP system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
