Job Summary
Manage the full administrative procurement cycle from requisition through purchase order issuance and oversee vendor master data, including sensitive banking and tax information. Review and interpret procurement policies to recommend process improvements, ensure contract approvals align with internal policies and risk requirements, and maintain purchasing workflows and approval delegations. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for purchasing and expense management systems, train departments on procedures, and supervise the Procurement Administrator. Partner closely with Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and IT to ensure consistent application of systems and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of procurement or related experience
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices
- Experience with financial systems and workflow management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
