Job Summary
Manage daily requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Validate policy commissions and system feeds, then collaborate with IT and business units to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve variances. Process wire transfers for investment fees, conduct three-way invoice matching, and perform comprehensive audits while identifying and escalating potential fraud. Recommend optimal purchase order amounts based on historical data analysis and implement process improvements through rigorous system testing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects/events
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience with Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertainment Expense Reporting systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and systems
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and business concepts
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in a clear, concise manner to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
- Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, internal team members and customers
- Demonstrated tactful and professional persistence in following up with various levels of associates to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner
- Proven strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Provide examples of maintaining high degree of accuracy associated with high volumes of work and/or multiple duties
- APPS Accredited Procure to Pay Specialist within 1 Year
