Prep vegetables, fruits, and food items for salads and stock items for the salad bar area while assisting cooks and kitchen workers. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including counters, floors, dishes, and related equipment, ensuring proper precautions for fresh products. Perform other duties as necessary to support positions critical to campus operations. This Dining position is approved at the wage of $15.88 per hour for students with an active semester status.
