Job Summary
Administer and supervise test-taking for students with approved learning accommodations, ensuring strict adherence to security procedures for in-person, paper-based, and technology-assisted exams. Prepare testing rooms, verify student identities, and maintain detailed records of testing sessions and any irregularities. Collaborate with the Access Coordinator to manage testing schedules across multiple campus locations while monitoring the testing environment. This part-time role requires working up to 28 hours per week from Friday through Saturday. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or two-year college certificate, vocational school or technical program beyond high school, business college or similar training efforts
- 1-year related work experience
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years related work experience
- Equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the functions of the position
- Knowledge of a variety of standard administrative and business methods and procedures
- Standard Microsoft Office software
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
- Ability to operate variety of office equipment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail
- Ability to monitor details and follow written directions
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Successful use of Accommodate Management software
- Ability to accurately report work location at all times
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Successful completion of a background check including motor vehicles records report
