Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package goods attractively according to brand standards. Monitor Hot Light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service by answering questions, assisting with orders, and conducting shop tours while engaging in suggestive selling. Restock production areas, utilize maintenance logs, and cross-train in retail, sanitation, and load-out functions. Maintain a clean, safe processing area by sanitizing equipment, sweeping floors, and cleaning restrooms. This role supports shop operations within Krispy Kreme's fast-paced environment, requiring standing, lifting up to 51 lbs, and working variable shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
