Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings, icing, and glazes per approved recipes, and package items attractively according to brand standards. Monitor Hot Light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service, answer product questions, engage in suggestive selling, and assist with large orders. Clean and sanitize equipment, racks, and work surfaces, plus sweep floors and mop as needed. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, decorating, and packaging products
- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
