Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package items attractively according to brand standards. Monitor hot light hours, restock front showcases, and maintain accurate waste logs while ensuring a clean, sanitary production area. Provide guest service, answer product questions, and assist with carrying orders during interactions. Perform shop tours, cross-train in retail and sanitation, and support operations during peak periods. This role requires standing and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, with variable shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, decorating, and packaging products
- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
